I think Coco means that we should all put our best foot forward, so to speak...
We should look our best and dress and look the way we feel: confident, happy, ready to take on another day...
It might be superficial, but we in the US judge people based on what they look like...that first impression is so important...
You never know when someone who can bless you, or be your new best friend, or help you is watching you and sizing you up.
